Growing up as an avid soccer player, I developed a deep passion for challenging my body and learning new skills. In college, I joined the triathlon club, even though I had never competitively swam, biked, or run before. This adventurous spirit led me to run the 2013 Boston Marathon in a hamburger suit (I wouldn’t recommend it… IYKYK). After college, I spent a year practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and have more recently been focused on CrossFit.
I currently live in Maryland with my amazing wife, our son, and our dog (who we affectionately call a living teddy bear). We love to travel and create memorable experiences. After living in Nashville for a few years, we embarked on an adventure as travel physical therapists, exploring the country. From hiking in national parks and learning to scuba dive to island-hopping in Hawaii, we’re always on the move.
